My email is not working at the moment, so I will use the blog as a "work around".
Hi Bev...:-)
Thanks for your email, I was wondering if you had arrived safely in Paris yet.
Welcome back to the internet..:-)...that is strange having a bank holiday on a thursday, we always have them on a monday here don't we, even if for example May 1st is on the previous wednesday.
Your trip to Paris certainly sounds eventful!....I hope Ovidio will soon be feeling better and that you are feeling ok too.
We have 2 new members of the family...:-)..meet Korky and Mr Bojangles (Bo for short)...I was going to tell you to come to the blog to see the photos of them, but if you are reading this here then you are already here...:-)...just scroll down to see their photos and a video of them wrestling...:-)
They are a delight...two males...and they both have wonderful personalities, very affectionate and playful, but have very sharp claws!...and also we are thankful that we have very strong net curtains!...LOL
They are both climbing all over me now as I type, trying to play with my fingers...and often jump on the keyboard...moving mouse pointers are irresistable to cats...Korky, the black and white one fell off the table on wednesday night and we thought he had broken his leg...it was sticking out sideways.
Mike examined the leg and bones and couldn't feel any fractures, it looked like he might have dislocated his hip, which is now back in place...to be safe we took him to the vet, and he is healing well now, improving each day, thanks to the physical therapy of frequent wrestling matches with his brother and dietary supplements of sunday dinner chicken...:-))
The back garden is becoming very jungle like again and not the place to visit if you have a fear of frogs!...the top pond is full of tadpoles again, but the bottom pond doesn't seem to have any this year...the water probably hasn't the right conditions for them to survive for some reason.
Last tuesday we had a visit from Mark and Denise, they are well and happy, they visited Mike's parents up in Blackwood on the wednesday and then they went back to Cambridge on thursday
morning.
I'll add a link to their online photo album at the bottom of the blog page with the other links.
It's a good year for our Lilac bush, I'll post a photo of it here later.
I am fine at the moment...I had a bit of an attack last week, I was very fatigued for a few days and my legs were weak and sluggish and dragging a bit too, and hands that felt like I was wearing gloves made out of cactuses...the symptoms come and go and vary, thats the nature of my MS....Our GP practice is great, we got doctors who listen and care and acknowledge that we know more about MS than them..:-)
Mike is fine and has been playing with his frogs..LOL...being impressed at the health and size of a thistle that is growing in the garden and enjoying his continuing research in the world of conspiracy theories, "hidden truths", The illuminatti and the new world order, while still attempting to retain what sanity he has left...LOL

Sunday movie
I started the day by dropping one of my favourite coffee cups, which smashed all over the kitchen floor...this made me suspect that it may not be a day to attempt anything difficult...the events of the day continued to evade my control over them, but I was determined to practice more of my film and editing skills and kept a tight grip on the camcorder, but almost fell in the pond myself.
Anyway here are this years tadpoles having their breakfast, filmed today.
